pursuing MD Pharmacology · 📍 AIIMS Jodhpur
MD Pharmacology resident. I build tools for the problems I run into at the bench and bedside.
PROJECTS
ADR reporting in India means retyping the same case data into a slow government form. I built a Chrome extension that maps structured case data straight into VigiFlow's ICSR fields. Now live on the Chrome Web Store; reached out to Uppsala Monitoring Centre about it.
Tracking RCT patients across PI, resident, and nurse roles, with audit trails GCP actually requires. A clinical-trial patient management tool I run live for my own thesis.
PK modeling usually lives behind expensive desktop software. I built a web app that takes concentration-time data, auto-fits the kinetic order and picks between 1- and 2-compartment models via AIC, then returns the full parameter set with interactive plots — IV bolus and oral both supported.
Stats and PK courses hand you a formula and a static plot. This flips it: drag σ and watch the normal curve widen, push a dose and watch the concentration curve lift. An interactive playground for biostatistics and PK/PD where every concept is a machine you operate.
ABOUT
I'm a pharmacology resident who got tired of waiting for software to exist, so I learned to build it. Most of what I make solves a problem I personally hit — slow regulatory forms, untracked trial patients, PK models locked behind expensive tools.
I'm headed toward pharmacometrics, where the medicine, the math, and the code finally point in the same direction.
